This course is open to remote exchange students, but there are no grades for students not enrolled at HEC Lausanne.
How to participate
First of all, it is very very important that you read the Syllabus. If you don't believe me, take it from Snoop Dogg.
After you have read the syllabus (please do), you can register for the course. As a HEC student, please register for the course on Moodle. As a remote exchange student, please apply through remoteexchangestudent.org.
Course content
The course will be held online, mostly in synchronous format.
- Classes 1-3: Introduction and theoretical background
Keywords we will cover: Digital goods, innovation, intellectual property, network effects, adoption and diffusion, platforms, pricing, artificial intelligence

- Classes 4-9: Guest speakers from industry
After we have established the theoretical foundations in the first three sessions, we will have six fantastic guest speakers that will discuss the challenges and opportunities of digitization from the perspective of various industries

- Classes 10-12: Presentation of class projects
Dates: May 14 and May 21
- Class 14: Q&A and exam preparation
Date: May 28
