Benjamin has been working in IT governance for over 20 years and is a specialist in data and IT organisation. He currently works as Head of the Consulting Unit at Business & Decision Switzerland (Geneva). He supports various companies in the field of data and digital strategy (organisation, culture and technical objectives). He worked as CIO in charge of the digital transformation of an Yves Rocher brand for more than 10 years. During this experience, he was part of the board of directors and was responsible for the international digital department of the company. His experience in project management led him to lead international projects (data management, CRM, digital marketing) with a high level of change management issues. He will come and explain how traditional companies are embarking on their digital transformation! The challenges they face, the difficulties they encounter and the opportunities that are opening up to them.

Before joining Jung von Matt LIMMAT, René Schwarz worked for several years at Namics as Senior Principal Consultant and at Maxomedia as Partner and Head of Consulting. René Schwarz studied Media and Communication Management at the University of St. Gallen.

Stephan Bauer studied Media Management in Wiesbaden and consecutively pursued a Master’s degree in European Business at ESCP Business School. He started his career as strategy consultant with Solon Management Consulting, a boutique strategy consulting company focusing on Telecoms, Media and Technology. After four years of consulting, Stephan obtained an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau before joining Amazon in 2013. Over the past eight years, he held various positions within Amazon’s e-commerce as well as video streaming businesses. Since 2019, Stephan is leading the Prime Video Store across Europe.

Rute Xavier was a consultant in Accenture since 1996. She has been managing projects mostly in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Information Technology. She lecturers “Consulting Project”, “Consulting for Startups” and “Strategic Management Consulting Project” in MSc Programs at Católica Lisbon SBE and “Consulting Project Lab”, “Business Project”, “International Lab” and “Role to Play” in The Lisbon MBA. Rute is the executive director for CEA – Centre of Applied Knowledge and Consulting at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She is Master in Finance by Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and she has a degree in Economics by Nova SBE.
